Following the submission of a Quote Request, the following steps apply:
- The Request is reviewed; the customer may be contacted if additional details are needed.
- The company issues the Quote, which can be viewed via the dedicated link provided in the communication.
- The Customer may accept the quote; it becomes an Order only after the Company’s confirmation and the subsequent payment of the deposit as indicated in the dedicated form.
- The Company then proceeds with preparing the materials.
- For delivery-only orders, the terms defined in the order are followed.
- For orders including installation, an installation date is agreed upon with the customer, and installation is carried out on-site.
- Payments outlined in the quote are binding for order completion.
- The Company remains available for after sales service and any further additions requested.
